This human experience is an amazing thing with enormous capacity for joy and wonder, and also deep and excruciating pain and despair. It is easy to feel lost and confused or simply desire supportive companionship as we live and grow.
The support of another who can hold a mirror for us to see the "astonishing light" of our own being, can be an integral part of our life's ongoing development and well-being.
In individualized sessions, I weave together ancient insights from traditional contemplative practices, evolving discoveries from neurosciences, and understandings from psychological and somatic theraputic approaches to create a container of compassionate listening and open reception in which a person can learn to see, experience and know one's true self.
Sessions are beneficial to those just beginning to seek more wholeness in your life and to those who have been intentionally on the path for some time. Sessions can be a short-term series or integrated as a regular resource throughout your life. Our lives are ever evolving and we are social beings who long for connection and benefit from supportive relationships. Seeking connection does not mean anything is wrong or missing in your life or on your path. A healthful, reflective relationship can take you into deeper understanding and trust of your own strengths and capacities. I'd loved to help you know yours and grow myself from relationship with you.
